Homemade Light Diffuser

Here is a completely unedited shot, shot strait on using homemade warming diffuser. It does however use a Stoffen Omni Bounce to fit the flash and add the warmth, then bubble wrap, a .5" dense rubbery packing foam, and of course Gorilla Tape.

Reunited with the best camera I've owned in the past

There is something special about the Canon EOS 1D Mark II, and I scored one that is basically like new untouched from 2005 for $328 ($5,700 in 05). I've owned 3 so far, two I sold regrettabley when Canon announced they wouldn't be supporting them any longer, and being a pro I have to own serviceable gear since I'm a CPS gold member. All my favorite pics were shot on this beast that holds 2 memory cards, always backing up your work. It's super heavy and weather sealed, a workhorse that's inspiring me to work with my photo 2 kids at school!
